KICK OFF MEETING

Kick-off Meeting in Kielce, Poland (3–5 October 2025)

Between October 3rd and 5th, 2025, the first Kick-off Meeting of the Game Change project, co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme, took place in Kielce, Poland. The event gathered representatives from Reflections on Europe (Poland), ACPELIA (Cyprus), and HESSA (Romania) at the headquarters of the Creativity Works Europe Foundation.

🔹 Agenda Highlights

Day 1 – October 3rd

Participants arrived throughout the day and joined a welcoming dinner at Hotel B&B, creating the perfect opportunity to connect and build team spirit.

Day 2 – October 4th

The official meeting began at the CWE headquarters with a warm welcome from the hosts and project leaders. The partners discussed:

• Research methodology for local communities;

• Roles and responsibilities for upcoming activities;

• Planning of youth focus groups;

• Logistics of future international trainings;

• Design concepts for the Game Change educational board game.

Brainstorming sessions focused on how the board game can raise awareness about democracy, civic engagement, and European values through interactive scenarios and storytelling. The financial plan and project timeline were also reviewed to ensure smooth coordination.

The day concluded with a city tour of Kielce, allowing participants to explore the local culture and gain inspiration from the community's dynamics.

Day 3 – October 5th

The meeting closed with a reflection session and departure of participants after a productive and inspiring start to the project.
