π·π΄ HESSA β Romania
Association for Youth Development and Career Orientation
HESSA (Asociatia HESSA) is a non-governmental, non-profit youth organization based in Costuleni, IaΘi, Romania, dedicated to supporting young people in discovering their personal and professional paths through non-formal education, entrepreneurship initiatives, and inclusive community activities.
The organization was founded in January 2023 by a group of motivated young adults who wanted to create opportunities for people to reconnect with their passions, talents, and future career goals. The initiative grew from the belief that many young people lose sight of their dreams and potential due to social expectations or limited opportunities.
HESSA aims to help individuals rediscover their strengths and develop the skills necessary to build meaningful and fulfilling careers.
