Training Evaluation
At the end of the Game Change Training Course in Cyprus, participants and group leaders completed an evaluation questionnaire to share their feedback about the organization, learning activities, accommodation, and overall experience of the training. The evaluation aimed to understand the impact of the activities and identify areas for improvement in future project implementations.

Overall, the feedback was very positive, with most participants rating the organization, educational activities, and venue facilities with the highest score (5 out of 5). Participants highlighted the value of the hands-on learning process, teamwork, and the opportunity to design real board games, which helped them develop new skills in game design, collaboration, and creative problem solving. Many participants also expressed that the experience strengthened their ability to work in international teams and transform ideas into concrete educational tools.

The evaluation also included open comments where participants shared their emotional outcomes, the most impactful activities, and suggestions for future improvements. These insights help the partnership further improve the quality of project activities and training methodologies.
